What does the University do with my feedback?

The anonymised data is provided to lecturers and module coordinators in a PDF format, providing both numerical data and the free text comments.  The programme team will do their best to address any issues raised, identify areas for enhancement and acknowledge areas of good practice.

The anonymised data is also provided to Human Resources as part of the Professional Development Review (PDR) and promotions process for academic staff.

Module feedback results are also provided to Academic Quality Services to form part of the review of programmes.  Again this is anonymised data only.
