I have forgotten my computer password. How can I find out what it is?

Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com to reset your password. If you are still having problems with your password, please contact the Customer Service Team by emailing: customerservice@swansea.ac.uk or by phone: (01792) 295500.

Please note, we are unable to reset passwords over the phone or by e-mail. This can only be done in person at the Information Desk in our libraries.
