Probably not.
The "Gold" open access model usually involves payment to the journal (or publisher) to publish an article or book open access. Funders such as UKRI have advocated this route but they have made money available to pay the charges.
The "green" open access model has no cost attached - the author archives a copy of the article or book chapter via the RIS system at Swansea University and it can be made freely available via Cronfa, our repository.
